I started art school in January of this year and started learning a ton about everything. Taking actual anatomical drawing classes was my favorite thing and I started getting a little better at body structures. Moving to New York City definitely made me feel like a small fish in a big pond but it helped me let go of my anxiety about creating a completely unique style as I refocused on learning to make better quality images. I was still mostly working digitally to the annoyance of my teachers. Big influences were golden age illustrators, medieval European art, and of course my friends.
