My productivity went down a bit this year. I was still pretty invested in the forum but I was working seven days a week and was dealing with the fallout from some life stuff. I did manage to get a few full color pieces done and a lot of sketching, and I was still working on my story here and there. I got interested in making more exaggerated faces again and tried to blend that with realistic anatomy and did a mix of painting and more cartoony coloring. I also started keeping a notebook for story ideas and little off the cuff doodles and drawing on sticky notes at my desk at work. I don't remember having very many artistic influences in particular other than my friends, but I was watching a lot of late night TV and listening to a lot of Smashing Pumpkins and Silverchair and I'm sure that had some kind of effect on what I was drawing.
