The best way to get better at drawing is to develop a weird obsession. Anyway, here's Grimmjow at varying levels of canonical and also having a sexy fight with Roman at the bottom there (also also featuring a silly cartoon self portrait in the top middle). The one where I drew his face half rotten off became the inspiration for my character Takahiro a little later on.
